The boys love getting down coconuts and cutting them open. It's cute. And all the rest of the kids love to stand around and watch the process.

Michael kept one and Joe took another one home, worked on it for an hour...
and I was then treated to a delicious tropical smoothie this morning: Papaya, coconut water, bananas, and pineapple! Mmmm....
